Schway is built for mission-driven organizations (churches, nonprofits, community groups, and clubs) that need to communicate consistently with their people but don’t have the time, staff, or expertise to make it happen every week.
Those are tools. You still have to write the content, design the graphics, and hit send. Schway is a service. We do all of that for you. You just text us the details. We send your newsletter through platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, but we handle all the work inside them so you don’t have to.
Respond to your designer’s check-in text and send us any news, events, or updates in whatever format is easiest for you (text, photo, voice memo, voicemail, or our online form). That’s it. Most clients spend less than five minutes a week.
Nope. Everything happens over text. No dashboards, no portals, no software to learn. If you prefer to submit content through our online form, that’s available too, but completely optional.
Nope. During onboarding, we send previews to calibrate your voice and style. Once we’ve dialed it in, content publishes automatically so you never have another task on your plate. If you ever spot something that needs a tweak, text us and we’ll fix it in minutes. Your designer knows your organization well enough to get it right, and that trust is the whole point of the service.
Absolutely. Anyone on your approved list can text the Schway number with updates. We sort it all out on our end.
Nothing breaks. Your Schway designer already knows your organization and your content rhythm. They’ll onboard the new person with a quick text introduction and keep everything running without missing a week.

Whatever works for you. Text us. Leave a voicemail. Send a voice memo. Snap a photo of a flyer, a whiteboard, or a printed program. Forward an email. Fill out our simple online form. Some clients even record their staff meetings or planning calls and send us the audio so we can pull out every announcement and event. All of it ends up in the same place on our end, so use whatever method fits your day.
That’s what your designer is for. They’ll help surface recurring content like upcoming events, sermon recaps, volunteer spotlights, and throwback stories so there’s always something worth sharing. A good concierge never lets the page go blank.
Every newsletter is custom-designed to match your organization’s brand: colors, logo, voice, all of it. It’s not a generic template. It looks like you hired a designer (because you did).
Our core service is the weekly newsletter and your Source of Truth website, the two channels with the highest impact. If you need social media support down the road, let’s talk.
Yes. Your designer is a text away. Because they already have your brand assets, your voice, and your distribution list in place, they can help you get a clear, professional message out fast. No scrambling.

It’s a branded, modern website where every story we publish for you lives in one place. Think of it as your organization’s always-updated digital home. Members can visit it anytime to see what’s current, and you can link to it from anywhere.
For many of our clients, yes. It serves as a clean, current hub for everything your community needs to know. If you have an existing site you love, the Schway site can also live as a subdomain (like news.yourorg.com) that links back to your main site.
Nope. We’ll help you set up Mailchimp or Constant Contact during onboarding. The account will be in your name, and any email platform costs are separate from your Schway membership.
Because you should own your audience. Your contact list and email account belong to you, not us. If you ever leave Schway, there’s nothing to migrate and no contacts held hostage. Working with Schway is always a choice, never a trap.

The first few weeks are when your designer does the deepest work: learning your brand, your voice, and your calendar. It takes time to build that foundation, and it takes a few consistent newsletters before your community feels the difference. Three months gives us the runway to do it right and gives you enough time to see real results.
After your 3-month onboarding period, Schway is month-to-month. We just ask for 30 days’ notice. Your Source of Truth website will stay online, your email platform and contact list remain yours, and you’ll keep everything we created for you.
Most do, even if it doesn’t feel like it at first. Your designer is great at surfacing content you didn’t realize you had. But if weekly truly isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you on a biweekly or monthly cadence during onboarding. The price stays the same because the value is in having a dedicated person who knows your brand and keeps things running, not in the number of sends.
